This notice explains what happens when you browse our website or make an enquiry. Our enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser; it does not save your enquiry to a website database. Continuing to WhatsApp shares the prepared details with WhatsApp/Meta before you decide whether to send the message to us.
1. Who is responsible?
N Solutions Lab (Pty) Ltd, registration 2023/834701/07, is responsible for personal information it receives for its business activities. Address: 137 9th Rd, Carlswald, Midrand, 1685, South Africa. 2. Information we receive
If you send an enquiry, we receive the information you choose to provide: your name, optional company/property description, suburb or town, property type, requested water solution, storage preference and project requirements. WhatsApp also provides the contact information associated with your message, such as your phone number and profile details according to your settings. Email enquiries include your email address and message contents.
Browsing also involves technical data processed by the hosting and security providers, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser/device details and security events. This is separate from the enquiry form.
3. Why information is used
We use enquiry details to respond to your request, assess requirements, arrange a site assessment, prepare a quotation and, where agreed, deliver and support your installation. We also use relevant information to maintain business records, comply with legal duties and address disputes or security concerns. Processing depends on the applicable lawful basis, including steps you request towards a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations or legitimate interests assessed against your rights.
Providing enquiry details is voluntary. Without enough information we may be unable to respond meaningfully or prepare a quotation. An enquiry does not sign you up for promotional messages. Separate permission is needed where required for marketing.
4. How the enquiry form works
Typing into the form does not send its contents to N Solutions Lab. The form does not use a website database, analytics event or browser local storage to save its contents. Your browser or device may still retain form information or browsing history.
When you acknowledge the notice and select “Continue to WhatsApp”, the website opens a WhatsApp link containing your prepared enquiry. WhatsApp/Meta receives that link and its contents at this point. You can review or cancel the draft before sending it to us. WhatsApp and your browser may retain the link or related information under their own settings and policies. Use email or phone if you do not want to use WhatsApp.
Only provide details needed for an initial enquiry. Do not submit ID documents, bank/card details, passwords, property access codes, medical information or other sensitive information through this form. Use a suburb or town rather than an exact street address at this stage. Do not provide another person's details unless authorised.
5. Service providers and sharing
Our website uses OpenAI Sites hosting with Cloudflare infrastructure and security services. Enquiries you choose to send use WhatsApp/Meta or our email provider. Where needed for an assessment or agreed project, relevant details may be shared with qualified subcontractors or suppliers involved in that work, limited to what they need. Information may also be disclosed where lawfully required or necessary to address legal claims. We do not sell enquiry details.
Service providers can process information outside South Africa. Applicable cross-border safeguards must be considered under POPIA; provider terms and their privacy practices also apply. See OpenAI's privacy policy, Cloudflare's privacy policy and WhatsApp's privacy policy. This notice does not promise South African-only storage.
6. Retention
Business enquiry and project records should be kept only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, applicable legal recordkeeping requirements, or legitimate legal claims. Records no longer needed should be securely deleted or de-identified. There is no automatic deletion function on this website for WhatsApp, email, device backups or provider logs. Contact us to request deletion; legal requirements can limit what may be removed. Providers manage their technical logs and backups under their own terms and retention rules.
7. Cookies and tracking
The website code does not add advertising, marketing pixels, visitor analytics, embedded social feeds or non-essential tracking cookies. It does not use local storage or session storage for enquiries. Hosting and security services may set necessary cookies or process technical logs to deliver the site and prevent abuse. For example, a Cloudflare security cookie such as __cf_bm may be present. External WhatsApp and other linked services use their own cookies and policies once visited.
You can control cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may affect access. If optional analytics or advertising is introduced later, this notice and the applicable visitor choices must be updated before it is enabled.
8. Security and your rights
The website uses HTTPS and browser security restrictions. There are no customer accounts, payment forms or file uploads on this site. No internet service is completely risk-free, and a policy does not itself secure WhatsApp, email or devices.
Subject to applicable law, you can request confirmation of processing, access to information, correction or deletion, object to processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate identity checks before releasing or changing records; please do not send an ID copy in an initial request.

9. Changes to this notice
The date above identifies this version. We will update this notice when the website's collection methods or services change. New features that collect or share additional information need an appropriate privacy and security review before launch.
